Stupid Easy Sixpack Breakfast Recipe!
My goal as a model is to get lean and keep my Sixpack! In this article I will show you one of my favorite breakfast recipes. A low fat, high fiber Protein Porridge!

There are three main principles of my diet!
Low fat: Fat is very dense in calories. I limit my fat intake to around 40g per day and stay away from heavy saturated fats like bacon or butter. Instead I get most of my fats from eggs, avocado and coconut oil. Especially with my first meal I go very low fat and have around 80% of my healthy fats later in the day.
High fiber: Fiber regulates your blood sugar. I use complex sources of carbohydrates that are high in fiber as my main source of energy. Oatmeal, Flaxseeds and all types of unprocessed wholegrain products are great examples. As opposed to sugar this will keep your blood sugar stable and provides energy throughout your day.
High protein: Protein helps you burn fat!Getting enough protein is essential for muscle growth and regeneration. It also helps you to stay full. This will lead to a reduced calorie intake and fat loss. I include protein in every main meal of my day- especially in the mornings!
Your Ingredients
60g of Oatmeal (1/2 cup)
15g of Flaxseeds (1 TbSp)

Step 1: Combine oatmeal, flaxseeds and hot water in a bowl and keep stirring until the oatmeal starts to soaks up most of the water.
Step 2: Let the whole mix sit and cool down for about 2 min.
Step 3: Add your protein powder and gently mix it in. I use natural chocolate whey isolate. Here is a link to my favorite product.
